Vincent R. Volpe Jr.President and Chief Executive Officer -
Vincent R. Volpe Jr. is our President and Chief Executive Officer and has served as a member of our Board of Directors since October 2004. Mr. Volpe has been with Dresser-Rand Group Inc., its affiliates and predecessor companies to the business since 1981. He has held positions in Engineering, Marketing and Operations residing and working in various countries, including: Applications Engineer in Caracas, Venezuela; Vice President Dresser-Rand Japan in Tokyo, Japan; Vice President Marketing and Engineering Steam and Turbo Products in Olean, New York; Executive Vice President European Operations in Le Havre, France; and President Dresser-Rand Europe in London, U.K. In January 1997, Mr. Volpe became President of Dresser-Rand Company's Turbo Product Division, a position he held until September 2000. In April 1999, he assumed the additional role of Chief Operating Officer for Dresser-Rand Company, responsible for worldwide manufacturing, technology and supply chain management, serving in that position until September 2000. Mr. Volpe became President and Chief Executive Officer of Dresser-Rand Company in September 2000. He has served as an independent director of FMC Corporation since 2007. Mr. Volpe earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a B.A. in German literature, both from Lehigh University.

Ann AckersonVice President, Supply Chain Management Worldwide -
Ann P. Ackerson joined Dresser-Rand in January 2012 as Vice President, Supply Chain Management Worldwide. Most recently, she served as VP Global Supply Chain at Pride International, a company specializing in offshore drill rig operation. From 2003 to 2010, she served in various Supply Chain Management leadership roles within Honeywell, including her last five years assigned to the Building Solutions business leading the Global Supply Chain team. Prior to joining Honeywell, she was in supply chain leadership roles with Boeing Satellite Systems (a designer and manufacturer of satellites) from 2000 to 2003. From 1996 to 2000, Ms. Ackerson was with Case Corporation working in corporate supply chain responsible for supplier communication and intranet, as well as having responsibility for material scheduling at the largest agriculture equipment factory within the company. Prior to joining Case, she held various supply chain roles with progressively increasing leadership responsibilities with Amana Refrigeration (white goods) and Boehringer Mannheim Diagnostics (medical devices and reagents). She is APICS CPIM certified and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt.
Ms. Ackerson earned a BBA in Transportation/Logistics from Iowa State University, and an MBA from the University of Iowa. -
Sammy AntounVice President and General Manager, Middle East & N. Africa Operations -
Sammy Antoun re-joined Dresser-Rand in December 2008 as Vice President and General Manager, Middle East and North Africa Operations. He is responsible for all Dresser-Rand activities in that region. Mr. Antoun spent 30 years with the company in a variety of positions and brings his unique understanding of the Company and its clients to this region. His most recent position with D-R was Executive Vice President, responsible for sales in Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Eurasia. Prior to that position, he served as the Executive V.P. for the former Compression Services Division located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and also worked as the President of D-R's worldwide sales division based in Houston, Texas. In addition to assignments in the U.S., Mr. Antoun has lived and worked in France, Egypt, Tulsa, and the United Kingdom.
Mr. Antoun has a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Brno in the former Czechoslovakia. -
Steve BradyVice President Process Innovation and Chief Information Officer -
Steve Brady has been Vice President Process Innovation and Chief Information Officer for Dresser-Rand since December 2011. He joined the company in 2008 as the Chief Information Officer.
Mr. Brady has a diverse background in information technology and business systems implementations. Prior to working for Dresser-Rand, he was employed by ConocoPhillips, an integrated energy company, as the Program Director responsible for the redesign and standardization of processes for the global supply chain management system. Before ConocoPhillips, he was the Chief Information Officer at National Oilwell, an oil services company engaged in oil and gas drilling and production where he was a CIO responsible for the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for their global distribution business. Mr. Brady was also the director of a software and consulting services company implementing manufacturing and financial systems at a variety of large manufacturing and distribution companies. His previous experience includes seven years as the Management Information Systems (MIS) Manager at TRW Electronic Products, a space and defense contractor. He has over 25 years of experience as an implementation project leader and programmer with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems that integrate manufacturing, finance, planning, supply chain and other administrative functions.
Mr. Brady received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado. -
Raymond L. CarneyVice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer -
Raymond L. Carney joined Dresser-Rand in August 2008 as Corporate Controller and was elected to the position of Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer in November 2008. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Carney worked for Alcoa, Inc., an aluminum producer, between 2002 to 2008, where he was Group Controller from 2006 to 2008 for a $10 billion global division and headquartered in New York City and previously served as Manager of Financial Transactions and Policy. Prior to his time with Alcoa, he spent 13 years with Ernst & Young, a big four public accounting firm, in their Pittsburgh office serving a variety of clients including several that were publicly owned. Mr. Carney is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a BS from Penn State University.

Bradford W. DicksonVice President and Chief Marketing Officer -
Bradford W. (Brad) Dickson was appointed Vice-President and Chief Marketing Officer of Dresser-Rand Company in June 2007. Brad had previously been Executive Vice President New Equipment of the Company since January 1999 and a Corporate Officer since 2000. Today, in addition to his CMO duties, Brad carries corporate responsibility for Global Business Solutions, Emerging Technologies, Marketing and Communication Services and the Government Business Unit. With Dresser-Rand and its predecessor companies since 1977, he has 33 years of experience in the global energy industry working with compressors and turbines for process, oil and gas applications. Earlier in his career Brad held leadership positions in country management, international sales, marketing, and project management in Caracas, Los Angeles, Salt Lake City and Houston. Brad has also represented the Company on numerous Industry Boards and currently serves on the Board of Ramgen Power Systems, Echogen Power Systems and previously was on the Board of Paragon Engineering Services (now AMEC Paragon). Mr. Dickson earned a BS in Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business.

James R. HeidVice President, Business Solutions -
Jim Heid is the Vice President of Global Business Solutions for Dresser-Rand Company. He was appointed in 2003, responsible for Alliances and Major Solution Activity Worldwide. In addition, he has responsibility for Latin America Sales, the Separable Business Unit Sales and Marketing and the Micro Turbine Business Unit.
Mr. Heid joined the Ingersoll-Rand Company in 1979 as a Sales Engineer. Jim has held positions in both Operations and Sales/Marketing for Dresser-Rand. In1986, he became responsible for the Western Region of Dresser-Rand Product Services that was responsible for Service Center and Field Service Operations, as well as sales activity for the Western U.S. and Canada. Then in 1992, he became Vice President of all Aftermarket Sales for the Western Hemisphere. In 1994, he was appointed Vice President of Sales for both Units and Aftermarket for the Eastern half of the United Sates and Mexico. In 1997, Jim was appointed to the position of VP Gulf South Region that included sales for Southern U.S. and Latin America, Product Services Operation and the D-R Controls SBU.
Mr. Heid graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Electrical Engineering and later graduated from the University of Houston Graduate Studies in Executive Development. Jim is a Marine Corp and Vietnam Veteran. -
Pascal LardyVice President, Technology Development and Commercialization -
Pascal Lardy was named Dresser-Rand's Vice President, Technology Development and Commercialization in February 2012. Previously, Mr. Lardy served as Dresser-Rand's Business Development Director, ICS Technology since January 2010. Mr. Lardy joined Dresser-Rand in January 2007 as Vice President and General Manager of the Company's Le Havre Operation in France.
Prior to joining Dresser-Rand, Mr. Lardy held various executive leadership positions in sales and operations at Aircelle, a subsidiary of the SAFRAN group specializing in nacelles (enclosures) for the aircraft industry, and technical and program leadership positions at Goodrich, specializing in servo-controls for the aircraft industry.
Mr. Lardy earned a BSME from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Mécanique et d'Aérotechnique in Poitiers, France, two BS in Mathematics from the University of Paris VI, a Master's degree from the von Karman Institute in Belgium, a PhD from UMIST (University of Manchester) in the UK and a PhD from the University of Poitiers in France. Mr. Lardy also earned an MBA ("Certificat d'Aptitude à l'Administration des Entreprises") from the University of Poitiers. -
Mark F. MaiVice President, General Counsel and Secretary -
Mark F. Mai has been our Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since October 2007 and acted as our Vice President, Human Resources from October 2010 to June 2011. Prior to October 2007, Mr. Mai held various positions at Cooper Industries, an international manufacturing company, between 1991 and 2000 and between 2003 and 2007. As Cooper's Associate General Counsel, Corporate, from 2003 until 2007, Mr. Mai led a team that handled the legal needs of Cooper's business operations and its mergers and acquisitions. As Cooper's Associate General Counsel, Litigation from 1999 to 2000, he managed Cooper's global litigation issues. From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Mai was a partner at the law firm of Thompson & Knight LLP, heading up the Corporate and Securities practice for its Austin, Texas office. He began his professional career in 1986 as an associate of Baker, Brown, Sharman & Parker, which later merged into Thompson & Knight LLP. Mr. Mai earned a B.B.A. with a concentration in finance from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from the University of Texas.

Luciano MozzatoExecutive Vice President, Services Worldwide -
Luciano Mozzato has been our Executive Vice President, Services Worldwide, responsible for all Product Services including Field Operations since January 2009. Mr. Mozzato has held a variety of leadership positions in sales, operations, and the aftermarket business within United Technology's Otis Elevator division, the world's largest company in the manufacture, installation and service of elevators, escalators and moving walkways, including from 2004 until 2008 as Vice President and General Manager of their Latin America business and Vice President and General Manager of their Italian subsidiary. In addition, Mr. Mozzato served as the Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Logistics Worldwide from 2000 until 2004. Prior to that he served in United Technology's Italian subsidiary as Product Director, Director of Engineering, and Field Service Manager. He started his career as a mechanic and earned a diploma in electronic engineering from the ITI Institute in Italy. Mr. Mozzato also holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Hartford University in the U.S.

Gustavo NecharVice President, Human Resources -
Gustavo Nechar has been our Vice President of Human Resources since June 2011. In this leadership position, Mr. Nechar has principal responsibility for the human resources function and related administrative functions of the Company and its affiliates throughout the world. From April 2009 until joining the Company, Mr. Nechar served as the Manufacturing & Logistics Global HR Leader of WABCO Vehicle Control Systems, a provider of electronic, mechanical and mechatronic products for commercial truck, trailer, bus and passenger car manufacturers. Prior to joining WABCO, he spent 11 years with Valeo, Inc., a French company focused on the design, production and sale of components, integrated systems and modules for the automotive industry, where he held a variety of roles of progressive responsibility within the human resources function, including as the Branch Human Resources Director of Valeo Interior Controls (from September 2008 through March 2009) and Valeo Service (from December 2005 through August 2008). Mr. Nechar earned a BA from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas in Sao Paolo, Brazil and has broad international experience in performance and talent management, compensation and training. He has been responsible for human resources programs in over 15 countries and is fluent in English, French, Portuguese and Spanish.

Jesus PachecoExecutive Vice President, New Equipment Worldwide -
Jesus M. Pacheco was appointed Executive Vice President, New Equipment Worldwide in June 2007. He is responsible for all company new equipment sales and client services worldwide. Mr. Pacheco has been with Dresser-Rand Group Inc., its affiliates and predecessor companies to the business since 1990. He has held various leadership positions in Application Engineering, Extended Scope and Marketing for Dresser-Rand Company, including responsibilities as Regional Director for the former Soviet Union, based in London, UK, and Marketing Manager for the European Served Area (Europe, Africa and the Middle East) based at our manufacturing facility in Le Havre, France. From January 1999 to August 2000, Mr. Pacheco served as Vice President, Client Services for the Latin America Region. He assumed Client Services responsibilities for the Americas Region in August 2000, expanding them to include the European Served Area in July 2006. Mr. Pacheco has over 29 years of experience in the global energy industry, including 8 years with a major oil and gas operator in Venezuela, working with compressors, turbines and compression facilities for process, oil and gas applications. Mr. Pacheco earned a BSE in Mechanical Engineering and a BS in Economics from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.

Christopher RossiExecutive Vice President, Global Operations -
Christopher Rossi is Executive Vice President, Global Operations, responsible for Dresser-Rand’s Product Manufacturing Operations, comprising all of the company’s manufacturing facilities worldwide. He also has responsibility for certain functional disciplines including Supply Chain Management, Process Innovation, Information Technology and the Company’s Engineering Support Center and Material Logistics Center.
Mr. Rossi has been with Dresser-Rand and its predecessor companies since 1987. He has held various leadership positions within Dresser-Rand in the areas of Engineering, Production, Materials Management and Supply Chain Management. Mr. Rossi served as Vice President, Technology and Business Development from January 1, 2009 to September, 2012. From February 2007 until December 2008, Mr. Rossi was Executive Vice President, Worldwide Product Services. In that role he had worldwide responsibility for sales of aftermarket parts and services. Prior to that, he was Vice President and General Manager, North American Operations, since October 2003, and was responsible for all U.S. plants, and worldwide development engineering. Mr. Rossi served as Vice President and General Manager, Painted Post Operation, from February 2001 to October 2003 and as Vice President, Supply Chain Management Worldwide, from March 1998 to January 2001.
Mr. Rossi earned a BSME from Virginia Tech and an MBA in Corporate Finance and Operations Management from the University of Rochester's Simon School of Business.

Marco RossiVice President and General Manager, Environmental Solutions -
Marco Rossi is our Vice President and General Manager of Environmental Solutions since October 2011. He joined D-R in July 2009 as Director of Environmental Business Development, primarily focused on developing a business plan to position the Company to serve environmental markets with solutions based on Dresser-Rand's existing product technology.
In November 2010, Mr. Rossi assumed the position of Vice President, New Equipment- Environmental Solutions, also responsible for the steam turbine client facing organization as well as the combined heat and power solutions group. Since the acquisition of Grupo Guascor, a growing player in the natural gas engines, bioenergy and renewable energy sectors, Mr. Rossi has been leading D-R's Global Center of Excellence for Environmental Solutions from the Basque Country in Spain.
Before joining D-R, he held the role of Vice President of Business Development with the Wood Group where he focused on developing opportunities in the Americas, formulating entry strategies and increasing internal corporate awareness of new markets and their business practices. Prior to that he was Deputy Managing Director of PDVSA Production where he was one of a three person leadership team overseeing Oil and Gas production in Venezuela. Mr. Rossi began his career with PDVSA in 1981 and progressed through a number of increasingly responsible roles spanning areas of operations, marketing, strategic planning and business development.
Mr. Rossi earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar in Caracas, Venezuela, a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, and a Magister degree in Business Administration from Universidad Simón Bolívar in Caracas, Venezuela. -
Robert J. SaltarelliVice President and Treasurer -
Robert J. Saltarelli has been our Vice President and Treasurer since July 2005.
Just prior to joining Dresser-Rand, he served as Vice President and Treasurer at American Household, Inc. (formerly the Sunbeam and Coleman companies) since October 2003. Mr. Saltarelli has 30 years of experience in corporate finance, global capital markets, risk management and cash/banking treasury functions.
From 1976 to 1990, Mr. Saltarelli performed financial audit, planning and treasury roles, each with increasing responsibilities, at J.C. Penney Company, Inc.. Following his time at J.C. Penney, Mr. Saltarelli has held a variety of financial leadership positions including: Assistant Treasurer at Melville Corp. from 1990 to 1992; Director of Capital Markets and Director of International Finance at W.R. Grace & Co. from 1992 to 1995; Director of International and Corporate Finance at Tupperware Corporation from 1996 to 1997; Treasurer at Breed Technologies, Inc. from 1997 to 1999 and again from 2000 to 2003; and also Vice President and Treasurer at Sunterra Corporation from 1999 to 2000
Mr. Saltarelli obtained a BA in accounting from Seattle University and his MBA from Columbia University, New York. He is accredited as a Certified Public Accounting (CPA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) passing both exams. -
Peter T. SalvatoreVice President and Chief Safety Officer -
Peter Salvatore has been our Vice President and Chief Safety Officer since September 2011. He joined Dresser-Rand in 1989. Prior to that time, he held various management positions with General Electric and Textron.
At Dresser-Rand, Mr. Salvatore has held senior leadership positions in materials management, production, aftermarket parts, field services, and repair operations. Mr. Salvatore was Vice President of Steam Turbine Aftermarket from 1994 to 1998. In 1998, he became Vice President of Product Services until 2001. In 2001, he became Vice President of Worldwide Field Services until 2004 when he was appointed Vice President and General Manager of Worldwide Field Operations until 2010. In January of 2010, with the acquisition of Leading Edge Turbine Technologies, Mr. Salvatore led its integration and initiated plans for the globalization and growth of the heavy gas and large steam turbine aftermarket business. Mr. Salvatore earned a BS in Math and Physics from Siena College and an MS in Industrial Administration from Union College's School of Management. -
Jan Kees van GaalenExecutive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer -
Jan Kees van Gaalen was elected Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective May 1, 2013. Prior to that he was the Vice President and Treasurer with Baker Hughes Inc., a public company and leading provider of drilling, formation evaluation, completion and production products and services to the oil and gas industry. Mr. van Gaalen’s other previous experience includes four years as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President Finance for PT Inco Tbk based in Jakarta, Indonesia, the publicly traded Indonesian subsidiary of Vale Inco Ltd. Prior to this he held a variety of finance positions with Anglo American plc, Carlton Communications plc and Schlumberger Ltd. in France, the United Kingdom, Venezuela, Brazil and South Africa. He speaks English, German, French, Portuguese, Dutch, and Spanish.
Mr. van Gaalen received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Erasmus University in Rotterdam, Netherlands and his MBA from HEC Management School in France.

Jerome T. WalkerExecutive Vice President, Global Solutions -
Jerry Walker joined Dresser-Rand in September, 2008 as Vice President and General Manager, Americas and Asia Pacific Operations. In September 2012, Mr. Walker was named Executive Vice-President Global Solutions. Global Solutions is responsible for the development and deployment of comprehensive projects and programs to meet client needs and drive growth. The organization includes; Technology Development and Commercialization, Marketing, Corporate Strategy and Development, Regional Business Leadership for Emerging Geographies, and Program Management Operations for execution of large, complex projects and programs.
Previously, Mr. Walker spent 15 years at Honeywell in various senior leadership roles. His most recent position was Vice President of Global Operations from 2005 – 2008 where he led all aspects of Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Project Operations for Honeywell’s global industrial automation and control business. Prior to that, he led Honeywell’s Europe, Middle East and Africa industrial business unit for three years as Vice President and General Manager, based in Brussels, Belgium. He also served as Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Business Development and Director of Marketing at Honeywell. He started his career in operations at the BP (formerly Amoco) Whiting Refinery outside Chicago and also worked in Product Marketing at Emerson Electric.
Mr. Walker has a BS in Chemical Engineering from The University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
